Introduction to QuickBooks:

QuickBooks is a Business accounting software through which an Account person record, maintain and easy to handle all types of daily financial actives and generates all types of reports. Quick Book is a business accounting software developed by Intuit. It is easy to operate and help you save time. The Quick Book is becoming very popular among small business, multi business, and non government organization and Airline lines companies.   

How to Use QuickBooks:

In Start you will install any version of QuickBooks then we activate QuickBooks software. The QuickBooks Software installation is very easy; it is installing like other software’s but at the end of installation we will activate through internet. Its very simple when we install quick then we go inside of QuickBooks click on file menu and select Quick book Browser. Some easy steps to follow your quick book will be activated. If it’s a trial version then there is no need of activation.

Now Lets Learn QuickBooks

There are four easy steps to learn quick book.

1. Company file (easy steps interview)
2. Chart of Accounts
3. Entries (cash receipts, bank receipts, cash and bank payments, JVs etc)
4. Reports
